I got a lovely automated phone-scam message today whereby you could win a free trip to some exotic location like Florida. I pushed ‘9′ to talk to someone about it so that I could find out where they got my number. The conversation went something like this:
Them: Long, automated message.
(push 9 on they [...]
And sometimes something happens that complete obliterates the meaning in 99% of your daily life and pens and jobs don’t seem so important.
AJ, you will be missed so very, very much.
Wednesday was officially the suck. I got back my results and I not only didn’t pass, I didn’t even score close enough to merit a second grader (70+ passes, 50-70 results in a second grade). IMNSHO, the reason I failed? Well, the grader put it thusly:
