Nope, those two books both had “Pegasus” in their title. They’re not even close — Anne Mccaffrey writes girly sci-fi and fantasy about telepathy and ponies and dragons. J. D. Masters writes manly pulp sci-fi in which a loner cop is turned into a cyborg who fights ninjas with mono molecular blades.
