The human body is truly an amazing creation. It can communicate through a variety of methods exactly what it wants, likes, or doesn’t like, in the most subtle and easy to miss ways.

You’re no doubt aware of the body’s commentary on exercise and sports, but I bet you didn’t realize it even has an opinion on gaming. For example, just this morning, I was only barely able to understand the understated message of my body regarding Mario Kart. I almost missed the subtle clues that my eyes felt like they were on fire — my body telling me I was staring at the screen too long, and the bruises on my hands — my body’s message that I was gripping the DS way to hard. I’m just glad I was paying attention or it would have been easy to miss the hint.
