I think John’s post sums up my attitude lately as well. Of course, I’m not planning on closing up shop quite as much as he seems to be saying he will, just that things have been going well, I’ve had lots of interesting things to write about and very little motivation to do so. Funny how that happens.
So here’s a list of all the posts you won’t be seeing. Well, maybe you’ll see some of them. Votes, anyone?
- TreoGoodness - Story of my new treo and all the fun programs on it (basically an updated version of an older post about palm software)
- House - Stories, photos all about the joys of being a home owner (the main reason I haven’t been posting too — when I’m not working on the house, I’m relaxing in it)
- Self heating food - Yup, a review of the self-heating beef stew I ate today. I’ll save you the suspense: it wasn’t so good tasting (I’d take Dinty Moore instead in a heartbeat), it’s a burn-victim waiting to happen, but it was fun playing with the magnesium. Next time maybe I’ll take it apart.
TreoGoodness!

Hey Jordan,
Congratulations on the house! Sorry Dan and I have not returned your call. He’s in Tampa taking the bar and I am busy working and getting ready for classes in August. It sounds like the cell numbers you have for us are wrong. Replace the first number with a 6 and you shouldn’t get that grumpy old man anymore. I dialed him on accident once and he was not too happy. Take care and I will give you and Jaime a call after work today. I have lots of questions about the house

Well, if nothing else, I’d like to see more pictures of the house :-).

just to let you know that an old guy like me still reads blogs once in awhile. Marriage is all about balancing the demands of time from family and work while keeping balance in your soul as well.
