Jordan Wiens: Hi, that's me. I'm 27, married father of a beautiful little girl, and a security researcher for a small security company in Melbourne, FL.  I recently left the University of Florida and the city of Gainesville where I graduated and worked for nearly 10 years.

Being a daddy and security geek keeps me busy, but apparently not busy enough, however, as I also occasionally freelance with with Network Computing magazine and Information Week, contributing various articles.  For a time I was the primary security beat editor at NWC, but the load was just too much to manage two jobs and a family.

I've been blogging on wantingseed for quite some time, after an initial start with a few other friends posting here, they quickly fled (was it something I said?) to other domains and left it to me. Before this I posted blog entries on psifertex.com. Please don't go there. It's a hideous site that's only left around so really old content is still there and I have a domain for email. Really. You've been warned.
