$18-$19 per person to have an awesome view of Shanghai for a few hours doesn’t sound too terrible to me.

Oh, it was certainly worth it. Actually, we had no food at all save these cool spicy-salty peanuts. The drinks were great though — a very, very smooth vodka martini and one of the best mojitos I’ve ever had the pleasure of drinking. And, as David said, it was an awesome view (the pictures should be up in a few days).
